You have built something with AI, and it works. Now real people are starting to use it, or money is involved, or you have hit a wall you cannot see past. That is exactly the right moment to bring in someone who has done this before. This page is how.

Two people working closely together at a shared table in a focused, well-lit studio.
Good products are built with help at the right moments. Getting a second, experienced pair of eyes is how, not a sign that you fell short.

Who you would be working with

This wiki is written and maintained by Linda Mohamed , an AWS Community Hero and AI Solutions Architect based in Austria, with close to two decades building production software. Linda works with teams and solo builders across Europe, taking projects from a first prototype to a governed, observable, production-grade system that real people can depend on.

The point of this page is simple: to help you tell when you have reached the line where help pays for itself, and to make getting that help easy and low-pressure.

Four ways to get help

OfferWhat you getBest when you are
App audit and rescue reviewAn honest review of your live app’s security, data handling, and architecture, with a prioritised list of what to fix firstIn the amber-to-red zone: real users, and unsure what is safe
Advisory and fractional CTORegular calls and a sounding board before the big decisions, from someone who has shipped production systemsMaking ongoing technical calls without a senior engineer beside you
Workshops and trainingHands-on sessions so you and your team understand the ground you are standing onYou want to build capability, not only outsource it
Hands-on build or fixExperienced hands on the parts that genuinely need them, while you stay focused on the productA specific piece is beyond comfortable do-it-yourself

Not sure which one fits? That is what the first call is for. Most people need less than they fear, and the honest answer is sometimes “you have got this, here are two things to change.”

Start with a free call

The best first step is a short conversation. No cost, no pressure, and no obligation to buy anything.

Book a free 30-minute call to talk through your project, an architecture question, or where you are stuck.

Step 1 Book the call Pick a time. Bring your app, your question, or just your worry.
Step 2 Look at what you have We go through where you are and what actually matters for your situation.
Step 3 Get an honest plan A clear read on what is safe, what is not, and what to do next, in plain language.
Step 4 You decide Do it yourself with the plan, or bring in help. Your call, either way.
